I am very sorry about the problem on our one Virginia machine. Last week all machines in our Virginia data center were down because a network switch in the data center failed. Over the weekend, this one machine failed and required a reboot, but after the reboot no errors were reported and we assumed it was ok. Obviously that was wrong. We will get the machine up today and will review our options. This is a relatively new machine and there are no errors being reported, so it is not easy to identify the cause. I will update you via this news system once we have a plan. We have room on other East Coast servers to move servers, but it would be best for all if we can fix this. I will update you later today.
